To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Chelmsford and the Neighbourhood  OLDER NEWS ITEMS New year 2010   Quick Update - 18th Jan 2010 Things are progressing very slowly unfortunately! We are waiting for a date for a meeting with Sarah Candy's office at Essex County Council. We will be seeking to agree a way forward with ECC for the Community Centre.   In parallel to this we are applying for a grant to cover a detailed survey of the buildings and site. This will allow us to look at the options that are available to us before we decide exactly what to do.     Do you remember the public meeting that nigh on filled the church in Moulsham Lodge, that was just over a year ago. We can't believe the time has gone so quickly. We would like to thank everyone that has supported us over the last year and hope that our patience and hard work is rewarded.   We will be holding some more fund raising events after the success of the Quiz Night, which raised around £220.
